About Us

Hello! And welcome to my page! I am Kristina Thurman, aka The Bar Girl. I am a born & raised Portlander, currently calling Oregon City my home. I have over 30 years of experience in the service industry, in every capacity you can think of: expo, host, server, cocktail, manager, and most importantly - bartender!

In addition to my time in the service industry, I also spent many years working for local businesses in administrative or coordinator roles. With a Public Affairs Degree in hand, I was charged with planning and executing hundreds of parties, galas, dinners and special events over the course of my career with The Standard, Hollywood Entertainment, D’Vine Wine, King City Civic Association, Democracy Resources, Clackamas County, and most recently Restaurant Five-O-Three.

In my free time, you’ll find me doing anything outside! I am an avid hiker, mountaineer, paddle-boarder, waterfall-chaser, explorer and a HUGE sports fan. I love live music, bridges, books, bloody mary’s and brunch. I also tend to a big flock of chickens (my girls) and enjoy spending time with my two toddler grandbabies.
