Wedding Coordination Services

Our flat rate for events in 2026/ 2027 is $1500, and you will receive the following services:


Timeline Creation:

The Bar Girl will assist in developing a wedding day timeline, including vendor arrival times, ceremony flow, photo sessions, and reception schedule. This process begins at the six-month mark.

  • Vendor Management:

    Confirm details with all vendors, including final counts, delivery times, and any special requests. 

  • Vendor Placement:

    Be present on wedding day to oversee correct placement of flowers, tables, chairs, or other rentals, at both the ceremony and reception sites.

  • Communication Hub:

    Act as the main point of contact for all vendors prior to, and on your wedding day.

  • Rehearsal Coordination:

    Oversee the wedding rehearsal, ensuring everyone understands their roles and timings. Assist with set-up, processional, and take-down. 

  • Crisis & On-Site Management:

    Handle any last minute changes or adjustments to the plan. Be present to manage any emergencies or conflicts that might arise before or during the event.

  • Clean-Up Coordination:

    Assist in chair & table set up at both ceremony & reception spaces prior to event. Assist in end of night tear-down, pack-up, and loading of any gifts, food, flowers, or other items.

  • Unlimited Contact:

    Unlimited coordinator access by way of phone, text or email. This also includes unlimited on-site visits, with at least a 12-hour notice beforehand.

  • Early Access to the Bridal Suite:

    Access to the Bridal Suite at 9 a.m. on the day of your event, as opposed to the usual 11 a.m. entry. This only applies to the Bridal Suite.

  • Use of House Linens:

    Use of up to 20 white or black round linens, with an additional 8 white or black rectangle linens available on your day.

  • Use of Giant Lawn Game Package:

    We have giant Jenga, Sorry, Connect 4, Uno, Dominoes and Lawn Pong, along with regular size Horseshoes and Ladderball and Cornhole.

  • Use of Other House Items:

    This includes seating charts, card boxes, various signage, or select decor.

  • Personal Golf Cart Escort:

    This would be an escort for the bride, groom and photographer around the property for photo opps, along with a bridal escort from the Bridal Suite to the Ceremony.
